In addition to booked appointments, we offer a daily Open Surgery. This is held at Windsor House between 2.00pm and 4.00pm.
Patients book-in on arrival and are seen in strict rotation, unless there is an emergency requiring the Doctor's immediate attention.
Waiting times at Open Surgery cannot be forecast and therefore an excessive wait may apply. Please ensure that you are attending with an urgent medical problem only. If you have an ongoing chronic condition that will require a full consultation we request that you arrange an appointment in surgery time.
The Open Surgery is not designed to deal with matters such as medical certificates, non-NHS paperwork or repeat prescriptions. Please make a routine appointment for these to be completed. If you are unsure regarding use of this service please speak to the Receptionist who may be able to direct you to a more appropriate clinician.
