Mrs Wendy Lawson is our Business Partner and is responsible for all non-clinical areas of the Practice. If you have any queries about the administration of non-medical aspects of your healthcare or any comments on the provision of General Medical Services provided by the Practice Mrs Lawson will be pleased to help.
Mrs Jill Peel is employed as General Manager and is responsible for overall operational running of the Group’s surgeries and planning. She works alongside Mrs Lawson helping with both the development of strategies and the initiating of policies within the Practice.
Ms Elizabeth Field is employed as Surgery Manager across all three sites and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the surgeries. She carries out a wide variety of additional administrative duties and will be happy to help you with any questions about the service offered.
Mrs Maureen Naylor is our Finance Manager dealing with all operational accounting matters ensuring prudent management of the Practice's finances. She is based at Shenstone House Surgery where she works closely with Mrs Lawson in areas ranging from salaries and pensions to negotiating supplier contracts and the preparation of annual accounts.
